What is set
One cookie keeps you signed in while you use the site. One records that you have seen the cookie notice, so it stops appearing. Neither is shared with anyone.
Counting page views
Page views are counted on our own server, so we can see which parts of the toolkit are used. The count does not use a cookie and does not record your internet address. It is only linked to an account if you are signed in.
What is not used
No advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no third-party analytics.
Refusing them
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and every browser publishes instructions for doing it: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. If you block the sign-in cookie you will not be able to stay signed in.
